Neverland Hostel
The location of this Hostel is amazing: It is close to the Galatasaray Square, which is pretty much the middle of the Istiklal Caddesi (which leads to Taksim and Tünel), close to the sea and, last but not least, close to the Tram that takes you to the tourist center Sultanahmet… The staff is friendly and you can always meet interesting people in their Café, both local and foreign. It looks kind of closed when you stand in front of it, but I assure you, it is not.

Hi Adi, You may be able to shave something off the ordinary price if you go inside and haggle with the owner. I have not tried it myself though, but Turkey is a haggle-friendly country so you may be lucky!
